Storyline: ✏
The purge revolves around a 12-hour period, when all crimes, including murder, are legal. Turned into an America ruled by a totalitarian political party, the series stars several seemingly unrelated characters living in a small town.
As the clock winds down, each of the characters are forced to think about their past as they realize how long they will live. In the changed United States, many unrelated people find out where they will go to survive one night. The offense is legal for 12 hours.

The Purge Series (2018-) Review
Season 1 for the Purge TV series is no different from the film. There are characters who have a short story that takes place throughout the course of the purse which they extended through 10 episodes. Season 2 is a very deep and extended out though, answering the question that we are all silently asking ourselves about how the city goes about life in the other 364 days of the year, after the first film was released in 2013 . What is revealed is about the rules, about which we knew nothing.
From the beginning we also meet the amazing voice actor behind the notorious woman conducting the announcements. Yes I understand that most people watch The Purge due to violence and gore, I myself am a big fan of disturbing films. I’ve seen the sickest and disgusting movies around the world so far so I’m not satirizing, but the scene of the Strawberry Dairy Farmer’s murder is nothing to go bald for a TV series. It can only last about 30 seconds, but the scene is very graphic and terrifying as it is realistic and has a highly harsh tone.
By now people should understand and understand in many terrible ways that one can be killed or hunted during those 12 hours. But fans should be eager to learn more and applaud writers, listeners and directors for keeping the story relevant and entertaining as it continues to grow and evolve. Kudos behind this too.
